Yarns At Yarn Workshop we stock first quality yarns that we source directly from the mills. Unless items are clearly marked as mill ends, they are products that are part of our permanent range. We are continually working on our range of yarns across a variety of mills, and will be delighted to assist you if you are looking for a yarn with particular qualities. We guarantee our yarns, and would be delighted to hear any feedback on the yarn you receive. We are happy to ship yarn samples with any purchase from our retail store. We name our yarns after towns and regions in Australia. We classify our yarns, and describe their weights according to the standards of the Craft Yarn Council of America. Knitting Needles We have limited remaining stock of Addi and Knit Pro knitting needles sourced directly from the authorised distributors.

Unless otherwise specified, we usually ship using Australia Post Air Mail on Thursdays. The status of all retail orders can be checked by clicking here. All wholesale orders receive a confirmation email containing a Australia Post tracking number for their order. Please note that some countries do not support parcel tracking. Wholesale pricing We offer wholesale pricing on all our yarns for orders of 5kg (11 pounds) or more. Please complete a wholesale account application to receive further information. Wholesale yarns are charged on the weight of the actual cone or skeins, and payment is only accepted by telegraphic transfer or Paypal. Referral bonus If you recommend Yarn Workshop to a friend, and they make a wholesale order, you will receive a $10 gift voucher. Simply ensure that your friend mentions you name when making their order! Your creations If your knitting, or yarns are featured in the Yarn Workshop blog as one of "Your Creations", then you will also receive a $10 gift voucher. Remember, we love seeing pictures of your creations at Yarn Workshop.

Pricing
All prices on this website are in Australian dollars. We are able to keep prices low by sourcing our yarns in bulk, direct from the mill; and by specialising in undyed yarns. The current Australian/US exchange rate is available here. |
